Has anyone here bought into ETA programs like Acquira, SMB DealHunterz, Regalis Capital, or others? I'm looking for insights regarding the support they provide beyond education:

deal sourcing,
deal structuring,
due diligence,
financing,
post-close transition and support

How effective are they? Did they help you accelerate and succeed in acquiring a biz? Are they worth the price of admission?

Thanks!

Hey. You don't need these programs. Just find a few good business brokers, a good SBA loan broker, a good QOE person and a good lawyer. These individuals are all that is need to close a deal. I am here to help financing a deal when you are ready. We provide free assistance with deal structuring, LOI creation, lender outreach, business plan assistance etc. I’d love to help you find the right SBA lender for this deal. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. You can reach me here or directly at redacted You can also click here to schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/ishan-jetley-3d73m8/30min. Look forward to chatting!

We run Regalis Capital - we do NOT do education. We ONLY do white glove done for you. From the initial foundations to make you not look like a searcher (see threads here around brokers not liking the look), deal sourcing, deal vetting, deal structuring, negotiations, funding/financing, resource network for DD/legals, closing support, transition support and path to deal #2 and onwards. But we only do it as a service, we don't consult or do education. Our clients all have full access to our team, so I do hop on 1:1 whenever they want to talk deals, educate them on elements they want to know more about, etc.
