A friend of mine recently acquired a manufacturer in the building products space in Europe (where he is also from/based). He is rolling out a global expansion strategy and has identified an opportunity to make a step change by acquiring a US-based (Northeast) peer. His own company and company and the target are similarly sized, each doing around USD 10m in revenue. He is looking to acquire the entity under his European HoldCo - but finance it at the local US OpCo level. Non-US citizen so SBA is not a topic. He's looking for local banks / loan brokers interested to finance such an acquisition. He's in NYC this week, so keen in the first instance to meet up F2F with any contacts based there. Any tips highly appreciated!

Luke thanks for tag, banks won't be able to finance this unless they are international banking institutions.
