EVE — AI Revenue Operating System & Project Ops for Search Funds, HoldCos and Rollups

We've built EVE for our own holdco, and then decided to offer it to the others.
It's an AI Revenue OS and Project/Event Ops Manager for the exact kind of company that gets acquired in search: founder-led, project-based service businesses running revenue through email, calendars, and spreadsheets instead of a real RevOps stack. Think event companies, agencies, consulting, maintenance, specialty contractors — typically under ~$10M in revenue, with the pipeline living in the outgoing owner's head.
What EVE does:
Watches email + calendar + whatever half-configured CRM the business has, and surfaces stalled deals, missed follow-ups, and revenue at risk — so an incoming operator has pipeline visibility in days, not after a 6-month CRM rebuild.
Captures the tribal sales knowledge that usually walks out the door with the seller (why deals win, why they stall, which accounts actually drive revenue) — useful for de-risking founder handoff post-close.
A second layer (Nova) turns won deals into tracked projects: AI-generated task lists, stage tracking, deadline monitoring, and a unified calendar view. Particularly relevant for event/agency/project-based portcos where delivery coordination is the real operating risk.
Why we think it fits searchers and holdcos:
No CRM migration required — it works on top of what's already there in emails/spreadsheets/notes etc.
Same playbook deployable across multiple portfolio companies; useful for standardizing revenue visibility across a holdco without forcing uniform tooling.
We'd love to talk to:
Searchers in diligence or within ~12 months post-close
Holdcos standardizing revenue/ops visibility across a portfolio
Operators whose target businesses are founder-led and email-run
