We’re focused on resilience, succession readiness, and clear levers for operational value creation. Who we are • Two builder-operators: ex BCG Principal and a senior leader from India’s leading new age manufacturing platform (who began his career at McKinsey) ; with hands on experience scaling P&Ls, setting up factories, and professionalizing ops in India What we’re targeting • Sector focus: Precision Manufacturing; Energy components and power electronics; API/CDMO. Each sector benefits from policy and “China+1” tailwinds, with room for disciplined buy and build. • Size: $10–30M revenue; $1.5–4M EBITDA; healthy FCF; low customer concentration; succession/transition sellers preferred. • Geography: Pan India with a cluster led search. Why now (and why here) India is the fastest growing large economy with deep MSME fragmentation, policy support (PLI/Make in India), and widening valuation arbitrage between private and public markets. Operator led compounding in these niches can be powerful.
