Hey, I'm a founder/operator, previously built my AI startup funded by YCombinator and sold it. Right now I'm gathering a team for the next startup. The team has researchers and experienced startup builders with frontier AI expertise. We are evaluating a venture-scale roll-up plan: acquiring 10+ BPO companies per year to aggressively replace millions of human jobs in the enterprise markets. We are looking for deal-oriented co-founder to lead the M&A side of the house: deal sourcing, LP relationship, deal execution, post-acquisition restructure, etc. We are in early stage, talking to tier-0 investor, offering cofounder-level high equity position, and playing a long venture game. If you are interested, please DM me. We can set up something to talk.

Matt, sounds like a cool new venture -- congrats on the launch! I'm invested in a couple funds backing AI/tech-enabled PE for historically serviced based businesses, so familiar w/ the model. From what I've seen, you'd probably have a bit more success recruiting from 1) PE firm investment professionals who cover BPO, which you can usually see from portco coverage 2) bankers who have done BPO transactions 3) corp dev at more scaled BPOs or 4) hiring a head hunter. Not to say the above isn't mutually exclusive from Searchfunder, but probably better to go directly to the source. Hope this helps and feel free to DM w/ any questions!
