Hello! Are there any independent sponsors oe folks running holdcos who have experience (positive or negative) working with recruiters to hire CEOs, C-Suite, GMs for their acquisitions? I'd love to chat and understand more about your experience.

Hi redacted‌, I am a Kellogg MBA grad and worked in portcos at Alpine and Pacific Lake prior to starting an executive recruiting business. Happy to chat with you about pros / cons of using a recruiter and to give you clients I've worked with who are Kellogg grads to hear from their experience of working with a recruiter. I've had several clients in LA so can speak to the unique features of those searches. Feel free to email me: redacted

Hi Jenieri - I do not have experience with this specifically. However, you may want to reach out to Ron Nash, a phenomenal recruiter also based in LA. I've worked with him and he has a very deep network and bench to draw from for this type of opportunity. You can find him on LinkedIn, or I'm more than happy yo make an introduction. Also, more than happy to chat with you offline. redacted
