Hello! Are there any independent sponsors oe folks running holdcos who have experience (positive or negative) working with recruiters to hire CEOs, C-Suite, GMs for their acquisitions? I'd love to chat and understand more about your experience.

I was reorganizing the c-suite in one of my recent roles and both hired directly and used executive recruiters to fill out several c-suite positions, as well as key positions in the functional leadership.
