Executed LOI on a California ABA practice, seeking an SBA lender and transaction counsel.

We have signed an LOI to acquire an established ABA therapy practice in the Los Angeles area for sub-$500k and are lining up our SBA lender and legal counsel for the feasibility period. Looking to connect with people who know this space or can refer someone who does. On the SBA side, we are looking for a 7(a) lender with experience financing healthcare acquisitions, ideally ABA or behavioral health, and comfort with an out-of-state buyer from Arizona to California. On the legal side, we are looking for transaction counsel with California licensure and M&A experience, ideally in healthcare services, stock purchase and SBA loan closing experience, and familiarity with payer contract assignment and ABA regulatory considerations.
