About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Unbroker’s CEO, Cory Hogan, and gain behind-the-scenes access to executive decision-making at a fast-growing fintech company.
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant Intern who can help manage scheduling, project coordination, client communications, and light research. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal priorities and helping the company stay organized as we scale.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Manage and prioritize specified inbound messages and tasks
Take notes during key meetings and assign action items
Support special projects with research, documentation, and staff follow up
Maintain high-level confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good judgment and follow-through
Comfortable with Google Workspace and remote tools
Available during extended Eastern Time business hours
Interest in startups, fintech, small business, or M&A a plus
