The Vision This syndication approach aims to expand into the $5M–$250M+ revenue bracket, with a focus on businesses that align with proven acquisition strategies:

Target Industries: Blue-collar services, manufacturing, construction, and other recession-resilient sectors. Key Criteria: Businesses with steady cash flows, strong customer bases, and opportunities for operational improvement. Deal Structure: Flexible deal structures, including owner financing and earn-outs, to align incentives and create win-win scenarios. What I’m Looking For To make this vision a reality, I’m seeking to form a team of passionate and experienced individuals, including:

Limited Partners (LPs)::

Investors who are interested in participating in deals that generate stable returns through operational improvements and organic growth. Partners who value a hands-on approach to enhancing business performance.

General Partners (GPs)::

Experienced operators or advisors who can help manage and execute the strategy. Professionals with expertise in due diligence, financing, and operational turnarounds. Execution Team:

Deal originators to help source high-quality acquisition targets. Operations specialists to focus on integrating and optimizing acquired businesses.
