Hi, A friend of mine (ex-founder of a $100M+ rev company) is conducting research on Sales & Marketing efforts for Skilled Nursing Homes and Senior Residential communities. He is particularly interested in understanding the unique challenges associated with selling and marketing to seniors and older adults.

BLUF: you're not marketing to Seniors... you're marketing to their families. By the time they need to be in Skilled Nursing they aren't usually making their own decisions and have a child or grandchild that has financial and medical POA's that are helping do the research and place them in a new environment.

You definitely need to dive deeper and develop a better understanding of the space. Go look at what daycares and childcare markets are doing. This is same concept but instead of###-###-#### somethings you're targeting###-###-#### somethings who are now caring for aging and infirm parents.

Sounds like an interesting discussion. I’ve been exploring the healthcare space (my wife has an MBA in hospital management) with some passing interest in HCOL area assisted living facilities with high-net-worth residents, while also running a marketing agency focused on customer acquisition.
