I have sold a military tactical equipment manufacturer that sold designed, manufactured and sold softgoods exclusively. They are located in NC and have since been purchased from my buyer client by a PEG. I have another client that is currently off market (same industry and also in NC) that has a component of softgoods design, manufacturing and sales. This company has an extensive patent portfolio.
