What is your experience using the Axial platform. How has it worked for you? Does it work for you? And is the 1% closing fee a fair charge in your opinion. Do you find it high or low? Would appreciate the insight.

I am a member of the Axial platform. I joined about a month ago when they changed their pricing model. The important thing with Axial is being HIGHLY targeted. Their filtering system is excellent for getting only the leads that meet your criteria. I have established a fairly robust pipeline coming from all the online brokers (Empire Flippers, Website Closers, TheFBABroker, etc). I made the mistake initially of forgetting to omit deals from the brokers I already have a relationship with. Not excluding them means you may get deals you already know about, except you'll have to pay for the lead since it came from Axial. Having a well thought out mandate will go a long way toward sending you only the best deals for your criteria.

I am agreeing with you on this. it seems obvious that a lot of eyes are going to be on the same deals which has the potential to inflate valuation multiples due to auctioning.(That's one thing). Then there is the 1% closing fee which to me is a bit much to pay for what? Using the platform? I don't know, but I believe a proper strategy on the industry / sector, with the right investigation and a lot of cold calling is the better bet.
