Experience with brokers to raise capital for independent sponsor deals?

I have an equity gap to fill on an independent sponsor deal. If anyone has has experience working with an advisory firm or broker to raise capital for deals like this I would be very interested in hearing how that went and potentially asking for an introduction.

Iron Creek invests in independent sponsor deals if you want to send some info. As to your question: Frisch Capital is active in this space, I think.
