I am currently evaluating an opportunity in the disaster restoration space (water, fire, mold damage). Anyone have operational or investment experience in the industry and willing to discuss? Thanks in advance!

Tyler our firm Cardinal Capitol Advisors funded a disaster recovery firm 2 years ago. We operate as a funding broker and work with many different lenders. This recent deal was done on a SBA basis. We are capable of funding deals anywhere in the US. We only work with preferred SBA lenders. We do not charge any fees upfront. Ultimately this provides our borrowers with flexibility in choosing lenders. Be happy to chat with you I can be reached at redacted
