Experience with Fabrication/Light-Manufacturing businesses <$10M revenue

I'm currently evaluating several fabrication/light-manufacturing businesses with revenues of less than $10 million. I'm hoping to connect with others who have owned, operated, or worked within companies of this size, if anyone is up for a short call.

Additionally, any resources you can point me to on diligencing fabrication businesses of this size would be greatly appreciated too!

I may be able to help. We source metal components from sheet metal fabricators and/or machine shops, electronic components from other suppliers, and build circuit board assemblies and upper-level electromechanical assemblies for a variety of applications (lighting being a fairly simple one). I'm not sure where the companies you're evaluating fit into the supply chain or what processes are performed internally, but feel free to send me a DM if you'd like to chat.
