I'd love to connect with anyone with experience with motorsports dealerships. I have recently received a CIM for one that looks interesting on paper. I'm curious what the biggest issues are in this type of business and what to look out for.

Reviews and social media identity is a good intro. Key customer ratio (i.e., repeat customer spend). Maybe a good first step is to white label the concept. Website with the inventory specs, start a marketing campaign then see for yourself and assess customer response and engagement. Based on the feedback and data, you can refine your approach, adjust inventory options, and gauge marketing efforts before fully committing to a larger-scale operation. Here you minimize risk while testing the market to ensure there's demand and customer loyalty potential.

Happy to take a look from a financing perspective. We have financed them before. You can reach me here or directly at redacted The big things you need to be aware of is how you are going to finance the inventory. There are often floor plan lines with the vendors to buy product and you would need to get approved with them usually to keep access to inventory.
