Experience with MSO's (Managment Service Organizations)

I'm searching for healthcare companies that require licensing.
Not having that licensing myself, I am finding that one solid alternative is using MSO's to structure an acquisition that still meets the licensing criteria.

Wondering if anyone has any experience with this sort of agreement.


I really appreciate any help you can provide.


What's an MSO or MSA?

MSO: Are business organizations that provide the necessary administrative infrastructure, scale and technology for risk bearing organizations to function successfully in their relationships with contracted payers and regulators.

MSA: a management service agreement (MSA) is a contract that facilitates the business relationship between two distinct business entities: a non-physician business entity and a medical practice. The non-physician business entity is typically a limited liability company (LLC) or corporation.
