Wanted to see if anyone has owned/ operated/ or spent time looking at pressure washing and exterior maintenance businesses (home washing, gutter cleaning, roof washing, dryer vent cleaning, etc)…either on residential or commercial side and would be willing to chat on the industry/ workforce dynamics, risks, mitigations, etc Are these viable businesses that can really scale beyond a few crews? I’m considering a franchise opportunity in some major southeast markets and the company offers these services - revenue is ~50/ 50 split on residential/ commercial. Market is very heavily saturated with competition across the spectrum of sophistication.
