Experience with RV Storage, Rental and Service businesses

Hello everyone, I'm evaluating an RV storage and rental business which also services RVs and holds a Cummins warranty certification. Haven't been able to find much on here about the space/industry and was hoping to connect with someone who has is operating something similar or previously transacted in the space. Referrals to industry specialists would also be appreciated - expecting to go under LOI in the next week or so. Thanks in advance! Dan

Hello fellow Clevelander! Have you tried reaching out to an owner in the same type of business but in a different, non-competing market? My guess is you could also chat with someone who provides the same in another 'luxury' sector like marine - boat dealers/storage/maintenance, as well. I could connect you with someone in marine, if helpful, though he doesn't do rentals - just purchases and maintenance today, and he's considering opening a storage facility.
