Experienced real-estate operator looking to acquire a home-services business

Hi everyone, my name is Brandon. I currently own two real estate companies and am actively seeking to diversify by acquiring a home-services–type business with the goal of having a business that has exit value down the road. I believe in investing in education to accelerate the learning curve and operate efficiently. If anyone has recommendations for good tools, courses, or masterminds that helped you get up to speed with operating/acquiring a small businesses (especially in home services), I’d be very grateful.
