I’m currently evaluating a business in the printing & mail marketing services industry and would love to connect with others who have experience in this space. The business offers digital and offset printing, large format printing (posters, banners, signs), black & white and color copying, pre-press and graphic design, finishing and binding services, mailing and shipping services, and creative design solutions.

If you’ve operated, invested in, or acquired a printing, signage, or mail marketing services business, I’d appreciate any insights on:

Looking at one right now as well - keen to hear insights from those with experience in the space. I’d assume having a strong niche (e.g., essential regulatory or compliance-driven printing like compulsory safety stickers, packaging, or specialised industrial labels) is key to offset the broader digitalisation trend. Customer stickiness through contractual or recurring orders also seems critical. Another key factor is machinery investment (high-tech printing can have significant capex and obsolescence risks)

Hey ^redacted‌ I don't have any specific experience in this industry, but would love to re-connect on this opportunity for financing. We discussed the salon suite a few months ago.
