Looking to explore different deal flow sources and came across Axial. Anyone have any opinions on this tool or a similar tool?

The goal specifically for me is to diversify my attention and efforts across as many sources as possible in order to stretch the casting net from traditional brokers to deals that few people see.

^redacted‌ - If the objective is to stretch the casting net, then leveraging platforms may only be part of the solution. To use your own words, many people will see deals on platforms like Axial, which is not a problem provided you have other ways to get opportunities that may be your proprietary off-market system that finds you deals not available online.

Agreed on the above comment. I do not have any experience myself, but have heard the fee is really high when you can close a deal and a lot of their listings are just from BuyBizSell. I would find those threads though and make a determination for yourself
