We are looking at a fabrication business in PNW. They are operating in growing areas with B2B fabrication. Goal is to operate and capture demand from NA and expand beyond this region. There is inherent demand for their use cases. If we can capture this that would be the thesis. We have raised 5M of the 10M required here. Raising $5M of capital. Happy to jump on a call and discuss.
