We recently had updated our credit cards on our facebook AD account to our new bank. When the transactions went through the bank flagged them as fraud. As a result Facebook has locked our AD account. We've tried using different cards, and reaching out to Facebook and others with no avail. Does anyone have a resource or knowledge of someone who can help in this situation. We spend a fair amount with them yearly and are shocked at how hard it is to give them our money. Thanks All who have any expert resources as i've exhausted all mine! - Jordan

Oy, what a headache. I can't tell from the message if you are locked out of the account all together or if you can login but just can't restart your ads. If you can login, is there a balance on the account from the declined transactions? If so, manually pay that to bring the account to $0. If it won't let you pay with a cc, try paypal.

The complexity of these systems is designed to encourage advertisers to use agencies. Other platforms have similar issues. Although you may already know a few, let me know if you want to speak with an agency in my network.
