Has anyone heard about the private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners? If so, could people provide some general thoughts on the firm (strategy, investments, culture, etc). Looking into applying here.

It's a top tier boutique PE firm in Charlotte. Founded in mid-2000s by former CEO & CFO of Bank of America. Many successful investments, although Bojangles would be the one closest to most hearts in the Southeast.

They are focused on growth oriented lower middle market buyouts in the US Southeast and recently raised $850 million for their fifth fund. Their previous funds have performed well. Diverse strategy focus so you'd likely get experience reviewing a number of sectors.
