Anyone have any trucking/warehousing/logistics deals on the market that are looking for a buyer?

I have a family office that just sold off some platform companies and are looking to re-deploy cash.

Specifically, companies with real estate would be of high interest

Transportation / Logistics is super fragmented. You have >1mm active operating authorities in the USA. The industry bottoming so it could be a good entry in terms of timing, but you'll find endless amounts of companies for sale... IMHO the key is to buy a great one that is doing well in the bad times - and avoid a distress situation. Lots of nuances btw various types (flatbed, vans, tankers), areas of the country, and operations. Good luck!

If they like real estate, I have a deal coming to market in Q1 with attractive real estate. Owners are happy to sell or keep the RE, depending on buyer’s preference. It’s a building products manufacturer and provides installation services. ~$2mm in EBITDA (burdened with market rent for the facility). DM me if you would like to learn more.
