We are a family office based in Toronto, Canada that is looking to provide backing to both traditional and self-funded searchers. We are looking to support searchers in the US and Canada.

We have three generations of operating experience across the US and Canada and are investing entirely our own capital. We employ a patient capital approach and have the resources available to actively assist in search and operations.

If you are a searcher, investor, or anyone else involved in the community I'd love to chat. please reach out to me directly at redacted

my main feedback is that your true EBITDA should be a number that is net of your salary (if you are doing real work) and the seller's compensation because he sounds important to the business and sounds like he will be working still for a long time. then a 5x probably makes more sense (without knowing more)

Hi, ^redacted‌: There have been a couple of posts by searchers in the last month or so looking for family offices. You may wish to tag in on them as well. ~ Karen
