We are a Oregon-based family office is actively seeking acquisitions across several targeted sectors, including but not limited to Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Products, and Business Services. We are ideally looking for businesses with an EBITDA of $2M to $6M but are open to considering opportunities ranging from $1.5M to $10M.
