Family Offices and Investors Investing in Independent Sponsors led Deals

my name is Rodrigo and I am one of the co-founders of a independent sponsor called Meros Capital. We recently signed an LOI and we are right now conducting our first transaction in the agribusiness space: the company has US$4mm of EBITDA and has been growing really fast (Revenues and EBITDA CAGR of the last 3 years are above 50%). The transaction we negotiated is basically to buy a controlling stake in the company (65% of the shares), mostly by doing a cash-in to implement a buy and build strategy.
