I am looking at buying a farm and was wondering what the best financing options people have found. Also I was wondering if anyone had experience with mushroom farming. What are the pitfalls and what are the main obstacles to mushroom farming?

USDA Farm Service Agency. So much easier to deal with than SBA. Probably 1/50th the amount of work to get an FSA loan compared to SBA.
