Finally Closed on Electrical Services Company in Atx

It was a long time in the making. We hired a broker who helped us search for over 1 year. Spent approx 8 months under LOI and dilligence but finally closed on a Commercial Electrical Services company in Austin, TX last Friday. We bought 75%. Owner is staying on for at least two years, retains 5%. Family member is being groomed to take over the business. He has the remaining 20%. Would be interested in chatting with anyone who has operated within Commercial Electrical Services firms, or anyone who has invested in Electrical Service/Home Service roll-ups in Texas.
