But, that’s GOOD. If you find a big enough issue, the deal wasn’t meant to be.

Thanks for sharing ^redacted‌. You're absolutely right. Financial diligence issues are more likely to kill a deal than legal diligence issues. And we always recommend that our clients start financial diligence first for this reason.
