Kaustubh and I co-host The Intentional Owner podcast, and he's the author of the Big Deal Small Business blog on Substack, where he shares his strategies, mistakes, and frameworks. He spent his early career in private equity in Boston and New York building the analytical skills that make you effective at evaluating businesses from the outside, then did what most people talk about but don't do. He completed a self-funded search and in 2022 acquired Blooma Tree Experts, an ISA-certified arborist company serving Seattle and the surrounding areas. He now runs the business as President and is an ISA-Certified Arborist himself.
