Hello, do you have any recommendations for banks or debt funds to finance a 5 million euro debt acquisition in Spain?

Hi Erick, Only Santander, BBVA, Caixabank, Sabadell (apart from the non Spanish banks-DB, ING etc...) do LBO financing. However, Santander and Sabadell need the Target (acquired company)EBITDA to be at least €5m, whereas Caixabank and BBVA can finance deals with target EBITDA below €5m. At least that is what I found.

Hi Erick, most Spanish banks will be able to provide you with such debt, completely or syndicated. The usual suspects are CaixaBank, BBVA, Santander, Sabadell (merging with BBVA) and Deutsche Bank.
