Hi all, I am an operator and owner in the behavioral health space and continue to invest and grow companies in that area as I am a specialist. Having spent 5 years in private equity post undergrad, followed by 10 years in behavioral health after grad school I know this market and can invest with more certainty than any other sector I am aware of. Hence why I stick to it. I am looking into expanding, as my model is to purchase small behavioral health businesses and use my operational skills to increase revenues, stabilize and replace myself while retaining the income. So i have collaterall, but some of those are owned with partners etc. Im looking to either purchase or build up a detox with a proprietary novelty to it that I cant share here but would set it apart from the market. I have had approval for SBA up to 1.5 mm in the past on a deal that did not close. I know that in this industry there is a certain level to where you can buy success. Hence I am setting my budget with higher runway than i could get away with if I were bootstrapping. But I figure I am about 1 million short than I need. With all the financing options that I have available to me. It is for the real estate holding that this money would go towards so it is a hard asset. I am just wondering, what companies could I approach, with operational experience and a track record that shows my ability to execute, that would fund me at such a small level. If I am using SBA for part of the real estate I cant do a lease back. Also if I am starting it from the ground up rather than searching for an established business avenues that typically invest in searchers will likely not invest. I am wondering if anybody has any ideas on this. Thanks

In brief, we exited our BH asset in NC this year which we held for 5 years, super successful exit. Secondarily, we know the space deeply. DM if you want to chat.
