Financing: SBA with Junior Debt

I have a $2.8MM purchase price; 900k EBITDA deal, but only $1.5MM left in SBA financing.

Please reach out if you are a lender that is able to underwrite the deal with SBA senior note and junior debt, or if you are a lender that is able to underwrite with non-SBA debt.

The draft of the quality of earnings will be completed October 20.
