Has anyone have success with any services/platforms that help you find a business owners cell-phone numbers? This is particularly helpful in industries where the gate-keepers may not want to patch you through.

Have had mixed experience with rocketreach, zoominfo, etc.

What I would do is start with a business entity search first. Most states allow you to do a business entity search and view filing documents for free. Once you have that information I would use a skip tracing service to reverse search the owner. You can also do a reverse business search by searching the business name and the result will have information related to ownership, which you could then expand your search by clicking the owner name. IDIcore is a good platform to use. True people search is a free service. PM me if you want more information or would like to talk to the rep I used to get started. You can do individual searches or a bulk search if you provide a list with some information on the like company name and mailing address. Its a big time-saver using a service rather than manually doing it yourself... Focus on what you do best and outsource the rest.

There are services out there that skim public databases and compile what they believe to be that individuals contact details. But they are not 100% accurate. Plus, if you're looking to cold call business owners, you may have better luck going through their organization's channels.
