I am seeking the best AI practices in the ETA space. I invested $6,000 in an AI system that replaced my three virtual assistants. I now have 12 AI agents operating continuously with room to grow. My VAs worked 30 to 40 hours weekly on tedious tasks like web scraping, contact gathering, list building, record verification, and background checks. Now, my AI team works 24/7. I am investing another $15,000 to replace my current $1000 monthly spend on miscellaneous third-party tools.. Some of which were the same subscriptions for each VA.. Unlike those tools, I can scale without upgrading licenses or purchasing additional software. After the initial setup, I spend only four hours a week managing the AI team.
