Hi all, I'm closing on my first acquisition - a 50 capacity childcare centre based in Australia.

We'll be closing in the next couple months and I was wondering if I could be connected to someone who has experience in transition of ownership in this space. Specifically, I'm interested to learn more about the typical nitty-gritty activities which should be done in the first 100 days as a new owner. Thanks in advance!

Congratulations ^redacted

Though I am not the right person for the help you seek at the moment, however, it would be great to have a conversation with you if you might need help with marketing side of the business to grow it once you acquire it.

I run a full-service digital marketing agency providing services like SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Management, Virtual Assistant service, etc.

If that is of interest, I can be reached out at redacted

Be sure to confer with your lawyer and accountant about the kinds of issues they've seen go wrong for the kind and size of company you're going to acquire.. That kind of specificity is way more valuable than checklists that try to cover the kitchen sink of possibilities.
