First Closed Deal!!!

I am pleased to say I’ve purchased my first acquisition. It is a digital label printing business in the Southeast. After many months of pursuing this we closed yesterday. My story started with going down the investor path with many pitches to a lot of investors. I’ve learned a lot during the process.
i had to pivot and met a couple of people who worked diligently and was really creative to help push my deal to close. Cyril Jones of RKJ Partners who worked really hard to find fund sourcing and helped with sourcing of my deal flow. He was always available and willing to do more than what was in our contract. He helped to introduce me to a SBA lender Ryan Kroge (First Internet Bank) who brought the deal across the finish line. Ryan was quick, knowledgeable and dependable. The process with Ryan was smooth with little anxiety.. I know, how could it be with SBA, Ryan and his team along with Cyril guiding and managing the financial modeling. I could not have asked for a better tandem to help me with my first deal. Now, to the next acquisition.
