Hi all,
I’m beginning an acquisition search and would value recommendations for strong business brokers.
I’m focused on durable, service-led B2B businesses, particularly service and specialty distribution models with repeat demand, recurring customer need, and real operating fundamentals.
My background is as a founder/operator. I built and scaled Scotch Porter from zero to a national consumer brand with $100M+ in total sales, raised institutional capital, and expanded across major retailers including Target, Walmart, Amazon, CVS, and others. I’m now looking to acquire and operate a business where customer experience, sales discipline, systems, and selective professionalization can drive the next stage of growth.
Areas of interest include specialty distribution + service, facilities/compliance, maintenance, safety-related services, commercial services, and similar recurring or repeat-demand B2B models.
I’m looking for a business with solid fundamentals, meaningful cash flow, and room for thoughtful growth, not a financial engineering exercise.
