Forming a 3–5 Person Search Cohort—Join Me?

I'm sure there are other searchers out there like me who would appreciate having a small group to share the journey—somewhere to bounce ideas, stay accountable, and support each other through the ups and downs of the search. I'm looking to form a small cohort of 3–5 people. We could have a weekly sync to check in, share progress, and keep each other motivated. If you're interested, feel free to ping me!
