Seriously...
We're supposed to be pursuing million dollar plus acquisitions & raising capital.
Sure you can scrape together minimum wage for your interns. That goes double for anyone pitching "unpaid internships" at an actual operating company...

That said not all unpaid structures are the same. Our team runs a selective equity-based fellowship with over 50 modules, live deal participation and access to real backend infrastructure. Fellows are not interns. They are future operators being trained and upskilled for real buy-side execution with a shot at meaningful ownership.
There is a big difference between free labor and aligned apprenticeship. Let’s not throw out high-upside learning models just because some people are abusing the format.
