I am looking at a foundation repair / waterproofing business in the midwest to acquire. Small, but good margins (~22% SDE). Buisness mainly does structural and crack repair, drain tile, and downspout extensions.
It seems like its highly fragmented, has decent margins, and pretty asset light. There is some significant key man risk, but would love connect with anyone in the space to get initial reaction and learn more about the opportunity to build in this space.
