Hey Search Funder Community, I'm super excited to invite you to review and apply to this job opportunity. £3k($4k) referral fee if you introduce me to the individual that goes on to get the job. I'm Joe, founder of DealFlowAgent.
We're an AI-native M&A advisory firm helping essential service business owners (inc.home/business services, healthcare...) sell their companies in the £/$1M-£/$50M range. Recently received capital from a top-tier VC (early cheque into Canva, Notion, Uber 4900 ROI & SpaceX) and angels including the ex-CTO of a 0-to-$7B EV fintech.
I'm hiring my first commercial hire — someone who's closed deals, thrived at startup pace, and wants to build something with real equity upside.
The role(see job spec attached)
Own growth (outbound + inbound) and support live deals
Work directly with me — you're in the room for everything
London-based, hybrid (~2 days/week in office)
The package:
£60k base (flexible for the right person)
0.7% equity (quick-6-month cliff, 3-year vest)
£10-40k profit share in Year 1
Who fits:
3+ closed deals end-to-end (search fund, boutique IB, corp dev, PE — doesn't matter where, matters that you ran it)
1-2 years at a fast-growth startup
Loves the phone, obsessively organized, zero ego
Wants to be a founder one day — this is the apprenticeship
