Founding Corp Dev / M&A Lead — VC Backed Defense Cyber AI Startup (NYC)

I'm building Commandry, a defense AI startup, with Nadav Shoval (Israeli elite commando unit veteran who founded and scaled OpenWeb to $300M ARR). We’re building the trust + governance layer for AI in the Defense Industrial Base, while doing an M&A roll-up of cyber/compliance firms to scale it. CMMC enforcement hits November 2026 and first deal closes in ~90 days. We recently close our seed and are looking for fourth founding team member, someone to own the full acquisition lifecycle — deals, integration, and what the product becomes post-acquisition.
