Fractional CFO and General Counsel Services in the Detroit Area

I am a fractional CFO and fractional General Counsel looking for a new business to work with. I have three long-term fractional clients but would like to add one more, or to do some shorter-term engagements. I would prefer to work with someone in the Detroit area or someone who is open to a mostly remote arrangement. General Counsel services depend upon law practice licensing and reciprocity rules of the State in which the business operates. I have worked in a wide variety of industries but currently am dealing mostly with manufacturing, food distribution and online retail.
