Pretty specific question for the community - curious if anyone has: - purchased a (non-franchised) business from a seller and expanded it through franchising - purchased a (non-franchised) business from a seller and *considered* expanding it through franchising, either seriously or casually We're working on something new and I'd love to pick your brain if you're in either category.

Franchising can look clean on paper but the people side gets messy pretty fast, especially once you try to keep hiring, onboarding, and compliance consistent across operators.
