Can the real franchise bankers please stand up? I am seeking recommendations for lenders that specialize in franchising (both new units and resales).

Bank of America has strong franchise support program. They maintain a list of franchisors they have vetted and support. They routinely add to that list. Given their low cost of capital, they are a very attractive lender, but they are also demanding so you should include them in your list of lenders when you seek franchise financing but as in most acquisition cases, seek term sheets from multiple lenders.
