Full Time Deal Sourcing Role

Backed by over $50M of equity capital, our team is looking to rapidly source and acquire commercial landscaping maintenance businesses in the Western U.S. This is an opportunity to gain deep experience in the search process while earning a very competitive salary + commission. The role is primarily focused on sourcing acquisition candidates and connecting the owners with the Strata founders, but for a motivated person we are more than happy to immerse them in the entire process so they can learn everything from deal sourcing, to financial analysis, to negotiating an offer, to due diligence, to legal negotations, all the way through to integration. We're very transparent and more than willing to teach someone less experienced as long as that person is willing to fully engage in cold-calling, emailing, and generally sourcing new leads.
